In reviewing the February 11, 2005 letter from
SOCIAL SECURITY Branch Manager, Orren E. Knoffloch of Storm Lake,
Iowa,
and the 'personal tone' in the context of said letter, the letter is all too
reminiscent of Region
V's (five) involvement when in 1997 Frank Sibley as the District Manager of
Social Security, E. St. Louis Illinois made the witnessed statement (You have a
copy of the Witness's Statements) even though the needed 20 credits were in
place, there was a "Do Not Pay" and a "With-hold" flagged on my Social Security
, District Manager Sibley refused to pay my Social Security Disability and my
Widows Benefits due from Russell Herman because he would have no way of
explaining it to his superiors.


You
were also provided with the letter from SOCIAL SECURITY'S Branch Manager, Terry
Washington, Belleville, Illinoisdated November 18, 1991 demanding I be
taken off Russell Herman's Boatmens Bank Account.
Plus you have Russell Herman's response "He was going blind and needed me on the
account."

Your
office has also been provided with Department of Health and Human Services Data
Base Records which stated I was deceased back in 1992
which constituted the necessity of my mother and father having to re establish
my existence. This constituted the necessity of re-establishing work histories
bringing the Work Credits up to 26 which would have been in place at the onset
of Disability, which would have met the requirements of the necessary and
mandatory 20 credits
needed to receive SOCIAL SECURITY DISABILITY.


In
1991 we discovered a woman by the name of Dunham on my Social
Security.
  When we asked for the printout and all relevant information from Social
  Security (Belleville,
Illinois) we were told by Social
Security: "We could not have the information because Ms. Dunham's Rights were
  protected under the PRIVACY ACT."

Time,
and time again we have asked and written your U.S. Federal Offices requesting
Federal Investigations into these, and other matters which are currently the
'bone of contention involving THE BANKING CARTELS concerning COUNTERFEIT U.S.
DEBT INSTRUMENTS.


The apparent 'personal intonation' of Mr. Knoffloch's letter when he
address's issues regarding "a United States District Court Case for the Northern
  District of Iowa allegedly held July 15, 2004, and his 'receipt of a copy
  January 12, 2005", Is highly suspect. Considering I have no knowledge of this
alleged Court Case.... and it conveniently comes into Mr. Knoffloch's possession
after THE QUADRUPLE BY-PASS SURGERY medical providers commenced inquiring for
MEDICARE COVERAGE for said surgery's.

As you can see, Senator... More and
More Agencies, Health Providers and so forth are becoming aware of what has, and
is going on at Social Security. They also have checked my records and are
commenting: What is going on is not right! We just can't understand why Social
Security is doing this!"

You and I both know why Social Security is
taking the position it is taking, don't we? It all boils down to MURDER
(HERMAN'S), Over $400 Trillion Dollars External U.S.
Debt brought about by CLINTONS COUNCIL ON FOREIGN RELATIONS, RUBIN and LAWRENCE
  SOMMERS (see
